so after hearing from In Stride from spencer and then other people talking about them and then changing face is going to play with themon tuesday, i finally decided to check them out. I downloaded the demo and I really like it. Like a lot. Good mix of NYHC and that northwest sound. It's good shit.
Im stoked to play with them and the answer. I saw them live a while back with lights out and allegiance. I remember liking them a lot. I also remeber not liking our turn. I never liked that band. |

I want to thank Rj so much for getting us on the phoenix show tonight. It was a lot of fun and great to be able to have such an oppertunity. I am forever grateful to know Rj for he is the greatest human being alive. I wrote a poem about him.

So tonight was by far one of the best nights of my life. Conrad and I went to Santa Rosa to go BBQ up at cody's house around 3:30. We got there at quarter to 5 and then watched Chapelle's show with Jer, RJ, and Cody. Then heckaz people showed up, talked, shot the shit with people. Then ross, conrad, and I watched family guy. Then conrad and I met these two girls while watching Detroit Rock City. Then On Our Own played in this like guest house/laundry room of cody's house. It was fucking awesome. It was so hot in there. So then Kids Like Us played, then Down To Nothing, then Lifelong Tragedy, and then These Days. Highlights of the show:
-Mattress-Mosh
-Jumping on top of EVERYONE
-Tiny circle pits
-Seeing some of the best hardcore bands in the smallest room

GIANTS SWEPT THOSE FUCKING PUSSY ASS LA BITCHES!!! Weaver got fucked by Tucker. Gange got fucked by Tucker. Wanna fuck with Tucker? Gange learned you fuck with Tucker you fuck with the ENTIRE Giants organization. Im so glad I went to that game. Sweep and a huge fight. Prezynski had a bat when he came out the dugout, barry was ready to throw down. Awesome.
So of course being the band we are. We aren't happy with the recordings. So we are gonna go to a professional studio to have the demo done. And we will see how they work out. So I think we are gonna do the socal shows!!!! Im so fucking stoked!!!! We would only play 2 socal shows, but it will be great!
So I am good right now. First time this whole summer I think I have acctually been in good spirits. Yay. |

Man, Im so sick of my computer being lame. I am cleaning it hella. F slutty computers like mine.
Today was rad, played hella red dead revolver, really fun game. Nathan finished up his recording, and keith will do his tomorrow and we will be some rad fools. The adina and I went to play pool then watched Euro Trip and thought her cat was funny. So now I am chillin' at home and not gonna go to bed for a while. Meh.

So recording is acctually gonna go slower then we thought it would. God I wish I had money to pay a professional. So we are gonna finish up next week. Other wise it's sound pretty good. About to go to the Giants game with julia. God damn it, about an hour ago though, I thought my moms friends had lost the tickets. I couldn't find them anywhere, so I went out side to look in the trash, and there they were. I was so fucking steamed. Tonight will be fun though. If the Giants lose to the blue jays, it will suck so hard. Im going to camp pretty soon, I best be gettin ready for that shit. |

Heckaz tired right now. Other then playing shows and chillin with friends, life is hella boring. Summer rules, but I want to do something unboring.
